Buyer Beware - Jon Nuzzi

First off, i'm no newb, sure this is my first post - and trust me i can't believe i wasted it on this - but i've had enough.

Around Christmas time Nuzzi and i agreed that he would sell me his 666 inline hangers for 100 USD shipped. By the time that new years rolled around i had gotten about 3 different excusses as to why i didn't have them. Finally he agreed to send me my money back via paypal. He never did. Now it's way too late to file against him, and he's nowhere to be found, his inbox full.

I know there's not much to be done for me now (though i hope i'm wrong) but i just wanted to make sure others knew before anything happened to them as well.

Karrot had a bad experience with him as well, I do believe. Or maybe it was circle?

Pretty much the same thing happened to me but it was for a comet chalice....

He hasn't been on the 'fish in forever though, i've been checking to make sure he doesn't get anyone else.

Cheefa had/has a serious drinking problem. He often posted drunk and also posted suicidal threats when he was drunk a couple of times too.

File a criminal complaint. Mail fraud is a crime, although maybe he belongs in a hospital rather than prison.

Yeah, I recall he was going through some serious issues a little while back. Poor kid.

i had a hassle with a buy from him before, took more than a month to get my bigfish from him. sent him a text saying that i sent out his money. sent a couple messages out a few weeks later to be polite. then really started to bombard him with messages after a month. board got here after about five weeks.

757 784 7636 was the number i have from him, i cant remember if this is his cell though.
