Default two piece or one piece leathers?

Hmm I was looking around at leathers, Ive never got into the downhill scene but I bought a spooky over the weekend and im very keen! I've always seen boarders in one piece suits... Is the reason for this to stop the jacket slipping up and you loosing your back?

well two peice leathers should zip up in the middle, so they are one peice, but one peice suits (as a result of one less zipper) are usually more flexible around the waist, which is nicer in a tuck.

find a suit thats comfy, thats the most important thing.
Ride for the stoke, not for everyone else.

One piece is much better, but either will work.

Ever heard of rules against 2-peice units in a race that required leather?

I dont think there would be rules against it, no reason why.

That's actually exactly why I suggest 1-Piece. They have super strong zippers on the connection of the 2 pieces but when that zipper breaks its gonna be messy. I got mine on the cheap. $350 for full 1-piece racing leathers and they are amazing.

FieldSheer Radar 1 Piece Race Suit - Closeout Price: $349.99! In stock NOW! Why pay list price of $549.99?

^^mine. They're good for hot or cold days. and they will save your butt any and every time you go down.

    -"56... Alright! Thanks officer."
-"No, thank you. Here's your ticket"
Best $75 I have ever spent.

yeah i have a two piece that zips into one. Versitile (you can use either part seperatly), but still safe zipped into one peice. As long as it zips, i wouldnt make 1 or 2 peice a deciding factor
