I bought a pair of cheap leathers once. When I put them on and raised my arms the seams tore right out. Obviously they are better than nothing but you have to be prepared to be making lots of repairs. That being said, 150$ is better than the roadrash you'll suffer not having them at all.

You did notice these were size 58 right? Bro, that's really big!!!

If you search craigshelper you can find lots of used quality leathers for a really good price. I got Kangaroo Leather for 200$.........
