yeah so pretty much when im 4 feet above asphault with my board 5 feet away from me. i roll over in the air "easier done than said" and land as solidly as i can on my back. rips up you favorite t shirt but its worth it.

Try to land on your chin. It's amazing how easily ones chin absorbs impact. Remember to stick out your tongue for extra cushioning!

whenever i get chucked, i always try and extent my leading arm out (usually my left) and pretty much point at where im falling as i tuck my head and roll onto my shoulders into a little summersault thingy
