im wondering how i should go about buying a helmet online
my friend recently bought a helmet from protec that he thought was the right size but ended up being smaller
Protec Helmets:
im thinking about gettin the third one down but i dont know how to go about measuring my head
ive used hte measuring toolt eh website gave me but im stil concered

If you don't have access to a cloth tape measure then take a piece of string that doesn't have any stretch to it, wrap it around your head about an inch above the eyebrow, pinch each side of the string where they meet, and then lay it out on a yard stick. That should be pretty close.

Remember you can always adjust foam to get a good fit, so get close but make it fit snugly with the foam.

Becareful! It's really the only way to get a quality helmet that you really want which is so disconcerning because I went to local skate shops, modells, sports authority, etc. and ended up buying a triple 8 online. I was worried because I was "inbetween sizes". Just get a measuring tape and have someone else measure it. Compare it to the specs of the site and pick n choose.
