Custom Leathers

I ride a motorcycle, and in my motorcycling pursuits, I came across something I thought some people here might be interested in.

There is a company called Spartan Leathers where you can order full custom leathers (one or 2 piece) for as little as $550. Now, I don't own a pair (I can't go fast enough to need them yet), but I've read good things about them. They look like great leathers, and that price is fantastic. If I remember correctly, you can even get your name on the back.

I think SYED is around the same price and they have a little more experience making DH suits. I'm not too familiar with custom suits though.

I looked up their website, and to design your own looks like it's a $595 base price for a 1 piece. Don't know how fast that would go up with options. The pre-designed ones are around twice the price.

I don't know how the 2 compare, but I thought I'd throw this out there in case someone might be interested.

One other thing I forgot about. I have no idea if you guys know about them, but there is a company called Draggin' Jeans that make kevlar reinforced jeans and shirts. Could be nice if you don't need full leathers, but want more than just jeans and a tshirt.

did you guys checked the group discount? $200 a one piece or 2 piece, but with logon on it, what do you guys think about them? 1.1 mm leather... averyhing else is on the page here, until they get 5 orders they will ship them :P
