What Helmet Should I get

im getting tried of using my old snowboard helmet and im eather going to save up or ask for a helmet for christmas

my two choices are a triple eight or a bell bellistic

i dont know weather to get a full face or a regular hemet

i know the are better hemets than the bell bellistic like the bell drop or giro remedy but if i do have to buy my own ide be on a tight budget.

mostly for downhill but freeriding as well

If DH means 35+, id say the full face. If not, your fine without.

i easily go 35+ on a dialy basis but idk about the wieght and over all comfort on a full face comapered to just a triple eight

You should save some money and use some christmas money and get a nicer helmet, like the bell drop. It's worth the extra money.

It looks legit, .org websites generally have to be I believe, and there is a news report that goes along with all of it. Is it only for minors? The application seems to require parent/guardian signature. Also is check the only way to pay or is there another method which I missed?

Yes it's legit. No there isn't an age limit. I dunno, try calling them later during daylight hours. I sent a check. I got my helmet.

Don't get a helmet if you aren't going to wear it.

Yeah, I'll try sending an e-mail or calling although 8-12 weeks seems kind of long to wait for a helmet I'd like to wear soon =\. Can't be helped since check is being snail mailed and has to be verified first.

Hey guys, sorry to keep you in the dark. We just want to make sure we get it right this time around and it's a helmet that is here to stay. Send emails to CustomerService@Colabo.ca right away to get your name on the pre-order list. We will keep you informed and up to speed as the process goes forward. It's not that the ColaboBell Drop project wasn't worth doing, it's just too time consuming and us skaters need to support skaters.

We are doing a limited run so please email me right away with pre-orders, unfortunately no pricing yet as it's still in the development stage. First come first serve. No deposits will be taken until the product is totally complete. We think it will be about 300-350. Dont hold that pricing as gospel, the most important thing about this project is to improve the safety for all riders.

Again, sorry for all of you that wasted your time and money buying bell helmets. That was a project simply to create awareness for the sport and to get people thinking outside of the Charly No Limit box. We're glad it went as planned.
