They should put in on boards! Like little pock marks on the top and bottom. Its on my skis and its for better aerodynamics . I guess...

also: Built in back protector, hard pads on knees and elbows, soft pads on shoulders and stretch on your back and between the legs. Also get exchangeable leather strips on knees!
