    Default Too thick of polycarb....

So last time i got to thin so i went thicker and got .080 i think. I have my templates for my bell drop but after cutting it out, i couldnt get it to heat mold and its too strong to just throw on. I heated it at 350 then 500 in my oven for 3 ish minutes. Do i need new poly or is there still a chance?

I am attempting to make shields for my bell drop and I used 1/16" polycarb (about 1.5mm thick). That seems like a good size and fits with the stock hardware they provide. If you don't have that size I would suggest just buying some new polycarb, it's not too expensive.
