IGSA Regulations?

I need new slide gloves (again) and I'm wondering which route I want to go. I have some pretty sweet Mechanix gloves right now but they have a lot of cloth/not-leather on them and I thought I heard that in IGSA all gloves must be full leather. Is this true? Also, I do believe I'm getting a Bell Drop for Christmas, and it is my understanding that you HAVE to have a visor for IGSA right? Thanks.

They say you need leather but it doesnt matter. As long as they are closed fingers. But if you are sneaky you can get away with open fingers too.

Sunglass, goggles, whatever, anything to cover your eyes.

Its all about working the system. The guys that run the show are skaters too and most of the rules are just to cover them and insurance. They know whats up.

My gloves were half duct tape at Maryhill so as long as they dont have gaping holes/no fingers you are good.

Thanks for the advice guys. I may as well just get full leather gloves because knuckle biting with soft knuckles sucks.
