Ok, so I like my helmet. But, it was a little too snug for my liking. I am thirteen, and I wear a large xD. So I noticed that the lining was overlapping in the back, like so.

And I decided to cut it, and came up with this.

It may have been for something, but I can't imagine the benefit of having overlapping padding other than that the helmet fits more snug so it would stay on your head. The difference wasn't mighty, but it made it hella more comfy.
