so, I'm about 3 weeks into physical therapy for my wrist, I broke my distal radius in 2 spots on 12/20/09, it's going ok - I have no pain, but lots of stiffness. strength is returning, but I'm still a long way off from busting colemans.

anyway, my therapist is recommending I get an adjustable splint to increase range of motion, it's basically like braces (you keep moving the range incrementally) for your joints.

I'm probably going to get it regardless, but I just thought I'd see if anyone here has anything to say about this things.
