Default Homemade bell drop face shield

Well here is a bell drop face shield that I made. I first made a template out of paper then used it to cut some lexan. I heat formed the lexan, which got a little tricky. It's not the best job but it works. I plan on making a mold I can use so that when I heat the lexan it makes a perfect form every time. There is no extra hardware needed, and it just mounts to the holes where the visor should go.

sorry for the bad pictures, they were taken from a go pro hd as my other camera is dead.

If I were to perfect a mold, would there be any interest in people buying them? ($25-$35)

Don't count on it. I didn't buy the sheet of lexan, my shop teacher let me take some of it. But I was told it cost around $70. Depending on how many visors I can squeeze from the sheet $20 may or may not be possible.

    Shameless thread jack.

Sorry man, beat you to it.
I'm still making these for $30 all-in, and they look a lot nicer.
