jk, one thing you could do though, is make a two layer visor,
that way there would be a layer of air/insulation between the
cold outside, and the warm inside.

i think this tint is reflective bothways but its only supershiny when whats behind it's dark. so at night its pretty hard to see, but i don't ride at night

A permanent solution that also works well is using a double visor. (2 visors above each other leaving a small gap in between. The visor fogs up mainly because of the temperature difference between both sides of the visor, warm inside cause of body heat and cool outside cause of weather, wind chill. This will make the temp of the visor lower than the air temp in the helmet so the humidity in the air will condense on the visor and fog up. So with 2 Visors the inner visor will have the same temp on both sides and not fog up, since both sides are inside the helmet. Why the inside of the outer visor doesnt fog up I dont know but it works really well with my ski goggles.)
Hope this helps.
so....does that mean i could avoid fogging by drilling a few little holes in my visor or cutting a small slit to allow air circulation?

Totally unbelievable, I went to my local hardware store today to see if they had polycarbonate of any kind. Between the four different employees I asked, not one of them even had the slightest clue as to what polycarbonate even was. I guess I'll have to go to a store that sells sheets of different plastic and whatnot.
I saw a visor on my friend's Charly that never got blurred, you could breath on it as much as you wanted, never got blurred.
Is there anything special on this visor? I tried to apply an anti-blur spray, but it didn't make any effect.
Wow I didn't realize u guys would have fogging prolems with masks... I live in Hawaii so my helmet doesn't really fog. But when I move to Cali I gotta change this D:
im too cheap and lazy to go by polycarbonate or lexan. i just cut up a 2 liter pop bottle and it worked fine it was pretty clear and doesnt fog up that easily.
