    Default Beginner fullface helmets

    I'm looking at getting into DH and I am lookingf for a good fulface to start with. Nothing really expenisve but something with good protection and good price. Any suggestions?

    Check out the Bell Bellistic. That's a popular one and it doesn't look half bad.

    Seems like the azonic T-55 is a good way to go.

    seen them 'round 50 bucks, and you can take the visor off and put in some polycarb for a windscreen. I've been hunting down a good cheap helmet, still haven't found many better choices.

    i still race a t55. good helmet through and through. ian, rookie, pierre, and seb from kebbek use them too.

    Try dirt bike helmets, got mine for 100$'s and its pretty good

    I just slap on some snowboard goggles so my eyes dont dry out from all the wind

    i got a giro remedy for 120, I love it, its really comfortable

    mine has a fairing added, but seriously google "azonic t-55"

    t55 seems to be hard to find in regular sizes. i looked at the protec fullface since it's claimed to be good for multiple impacts, the giro remedy that is quite a bit more expensive, and settled on the bell bellistic. haven't "tested" it yet, but if feels good wearing it.

    I prefer my helmets "untested",at least in the personal sense. There are a lot of good deals on helmets posted in this forum. "Search" isn't needed: just scroll down.
