I broke my knee pads!

I was bombing a hill today; fell and broke the plastic pads, tore up my gloves, wrist guards, put a gash in my helmet, ended up with bad road rash the size of my palm on my shoulder and all over my back. Worst part is I ruined my favorite shirt. Also a car saw me fall and lying on the ground and did not even stop.

I limped back to my car bleeding heavily while watching multiple cars go past staring. Busted open the first aid kit in my trunk bandaged my self up. Then I went to work for 4 hours because some girl said she could not come in because her hand was hurting.

The moral of this story is wear your pads!

In America it seems that nobody gives a crap anymore about anybody else, so dont set high expectations if you get injured.
