broke my wrist in 3 places riding the short board in a bowl. 4 weeks to go until the cast comes off. I haven't banged a hill yet but it won't be long. The jones always rules over common sense.
decided after a few beers that skating down a wet parking deck with no lights on, no helmet, no gloves was a good idea. My head/back/side/leg/ego hurts like a bitch. I'm damn lucky i didnt really break something. I was taking the basement hairpin standing up and ended up breaking all four wheels loose and doing a weird backside standup slide. Well eventually the board decided to grab traction and i smashed my head on concrete. BEAT STATUS!

I slammed hard at the St Louis Slalom on Memorial Day weekend. Totally took me out of the competition. I was walking like a really old man (as opposed to walking like an old man ... which I am) for several days. But now, 3 weeks later and I'm still sore in the upper, back ribs on the right side. I have the Wiggle War coming up in a week, and I haven't set foot on a board since Memorial Day weekend. I gotta get my sh*t together and practice at least a little!
i dropped my board down a drain about 3 weeks ago and decided to get it out myself and fvcking dropped the manhole lid on my big toe. Nothing happened to my shoe, so I was like whatever. Then I hopped down there and felt somethin floppin around. I got back in my garage, took off my shoe and my ####### toe was barely hanging on. You could all see the bone shiit. I broke it (obviously) got 5 stitches and a lot of morphine. The doctor said I might or might not have a toenail anymore, but he did sew on the old one just to cover up the bleeding and stuff. It was waaaaaay gnar. I took a picture today, its still fvcked. It will be at least a month since ive shredded, that sucks. I just look at silverfish and youtube all day. and smoke a lot. word later

Still out of the game since March 28th of 2008. Texas Sizzler. I will be back. Competed on the DownHill slalom Tour since 2003 and never fell while competing. I really miss the slalom crowd. Your Amigo Eddy Texas Outlaws.
