Quick story, riding to work today on my daily commute downtown. long drawn out but not steep hill, a car pulls close to me so i react and move over to the side of the road where I didn't see a bunch of leftover salt or gravel leftover from winter and drifted sideways, recovered for the most part but had to run off, was going a bit too fast so i rolled to save what i could. Still ended up hitting my hands, a but of knee and some damage to the backpack, all manageable. Yes, I had on my helmet but didn't even have to use it. In any case I am glad that I still have the roll maneuver down as I just got right back up and kept rolling along without any damage to my slacks and and whatnot.
In any case this was a good reminder that I should get some sort of wrist protection as its a bit sore. I want something that I will be able to wear under my 888 slide gloves when i am rocking those and was looking at the 888 anti-gloves but I don't see many reviews from anyone on those here. So, anyone rocking those gloves? Do they fit well and offer decent protection? Hopefully someone will have some insight.
