i need help!
Ive been skating alot since january. I commute relativly long distances for work and class everyday and manage to get a couple quick seshes in daily. My foot (kick foot) has been KILLING me. Its like a cramp but the bottom of my foot feels like its brusied.
anyone had this/know what to do?

Sorry, I have no idea what would be causing that. Maybe you need to wear shoes with more arch support, or you could always learn to pump.

you may have an ankle cronation, or something like that, my doctor talks fast so it may be carnation, i dunno, he told me to get these birkenstock insert things, that hold up the arch on your foot, they are expensive, but they are soo comfortable, and you can fit them in any shoe

This happened to me a lot at the end of last summer. I massaged my feet a couple times a day for a week or two and the pain subsided and I haven't really dealt with it since. It's basically the same thing as what happens when you walk a ton, your feet get sore. You've been slamming that pushing foot down on the ground repeatedly for so long you have probably actually bruised the bone (I'm guessing the ball and heel), and it just needs some time to heal as well as a little TLC.
Give em a massage every now and then, let the muscles relax and just try to stay off of it as much as possible. You'll be better in no time.

I think the word you're looking for is pronation.
Don't you hate those docs that talk to you as if you've gone to med school with them?
To the original question, try warming up and then stretching your legs, especially the calf. When I get pains, they go away with stretches. Some inserts like rosewood t. said probably couldn't hurt either if you can afford them.

the thing that sucks is I can't stay off my feet cause I gotta walk/skate 4 miles a day to get to my bus for work (cant drive anymore). I gotta see if a insert will help cause the pain can get crazy. my friend is also getting the same thing for the first time evr and he's been skating for years. idk
