Give them your size and address, the pads are 120$. They will outlast any other pads both DIY and Professional as slider pads.

Will, is that part of a knee cap on the side of the pad?
yes it's a modified cap on the side of the knee, they are rotatable and replaceable.
not to mention durable as all get out.

Yeah the caps on the pads will not wear out...Do all the knee slides you want on hills, parks and pools and it will never wear out. They are very comfortable, will not slip (Like most other pads out there right now ), impacts do not hurt your knees, etc...
Basically, this is the ONLY pad I would trust to fall on at 30mph+ while sliding.

just wanted to let you guys know that i was lucky enough to try the protos for these kneepads at slidefest and let me just say, no BS: they are frickin amazing. they are worth every penny of $120. and i don't think it's ever about who was more expensive equipment. as it turns out however, in this case the more expensive item is in fact technically superior equipment.
i agree that these pads are probably way better than any other out there
im just saying that someone can still be really into sliding even though they don't have the money to buy good equipment
i was also feeling kinda broke and down on my luck when i wrote that reply

Do it, and let us know how you like them.
So far I have ridden with 3 other riders that had the pads and no complaints so far.

Mine showed up today. I talked to Vinton and that pretty much did it. I sent him some photos of what I've been putting up with. Haven't tried them out yet. They pretty much look like knee helmets. nuts... we'll see how they've held up after a couple months...
