I'm looking to make some slide glove, and I am leaning towards using corian. Now I know that you can get free corian at Lowes or Home Depot, but the closet Lowes is about 45 minutes an the closet Home Depot is even further. With the car I drive and gas prices it would cost me more to drive to get free corian than to just buy gloves. So my question to you guys is if you know of any ways to get free or very cheap corian online? also maybe some other stores that may have free samples, I have a true value right in town.
thanks for your help,
Maxx
Those are the best slide pucks you can get. Cheap. To you doorstep. Plus, support the scene and fellow SF members.
You won't regret it.

Assumeivan has a slide puck company called black velvet, send him a PM
I will consider it later on, but honestly I just bought a new set up ( deck, randals, and bearing came in a couple minutes ago so pumped!) and I am low on cash, and between my gas, insurance, and new board bought, my paycheck isn't looking thin. But I just put in for some free samples from here: DuPont Corian Bulk Samples Request Form from Carapace, LLC
