short answer: you can slide any setup.
long answer: a board like that is good for learning things like saftey slides and stuff like that. but if you want to do tech sliding id sugest not getting the flywheels, saving your money and getting a dedicated slide board like a lush or an earthwing, after you can coleman on your ks.
But seriously, yes you could. But if you plan on getting into more tech sliding a dedicated slide board is a great investment. I have hard wheels on my KS but it still doesn't compare to my EW.

You can slide any board with any setup you want. But I would advice you to buy something for specific for technical sliding, Earthwing makes very good slide boards, also Lush and Gravity, you just have to choose what suits you best.
