Default little setup help

my current set up is:
axe 2.5 on the shorter wheelbase.
i have a split fire on a 50* plate with white khiro barrels with two wedged risers
the rear is tracker 129 with a yellow khiro bottom and a blue cone top, i'll probably switch out the yellow for a blue. it is dewedged on the tail to neutral. (unfortunately the baseplate wont let me run a double barrel) i plan on putting another dewedge riser in the rear when i get longer hardware.
my wheels are 66 lime zig zags, the rear wheels are flipped to compensate for the axel length.

my setup just isn't responsive like i would like it to be, i think one thing is the size of the rear truck.

another question is about the splitfire, is it a rear truck? my buddy had it and wasn't using it so i figured id toss it on and save some money in the meantime, but it does not feel like a front truck. He said it is a front, but some other people i slalom with think it is a rear on a front plate. the hanger has the axels inline with the kingpin, a screw in ball pivot, and spaceable axel.

im looking for more rebound and more lean out of my set up. im 5'10" and 150lbs so if someone can point me in the right direction id really appreciate it.
