Questins about FullBag GS death or glory.

Hi I want to build a GS/LDPish deck and I really like Fullbag gs the set up Im thinking of as follows
Bennet 4.3 upfront
Tracker RTS 106 in back
khire wedge kit and 80a angled shock pads
bushings as I test out the ones I have I will decide (currently venoms.)

3 questiongs
#1 whats the max wight can the full bag GS death or glory support Im 200lbs and afriad Im gonna snap it do u think it will be fine? ( I think since its maple and arborite it will be fine...but just wanna check)
#2 I plan on ordering from
SLALOM DECKS
is it a trust able store?

what you think of the set up?

Question #1, I've skated a Red Baron for about a year and it held my biscuit & gravy eatin' booty without a problem. Also, I believe Mig was skating a Death or Glory at the 2008 Dixie Cup. You should have no worries.

I've never ordered from that shop and bought directly from Fullbag skates, but I think they've been around a while. Again you should have no problems.

Cool ordered the deck should be here by end of next week I hope (its not at their shop yet but should arrive there next week possibly monday....) hopefully tis gripped...otherwise need to sget it gripped....sigh Will post pics once I build it for all of you who done have one...hehe

I ordered one a few days ago, this will be #3 and they hold my fat @ss great.
you will like it for sure, damn nice boards but they dont come with grip

I know well I already ordered and its going through customs to tactcis sk8 shop...except I dont know when it will be here sicne Fullbags communicatiosn with tactics sk8 shop is non existent. they didnt even get a tracking number I pray to get it this week...

wedging is all person prefference I will start with what mig suggested and play with adding or removing weding. but I am planing to use this deck for pumping, some sliding and going around school. (I hate pedaling love pumping...so thats why)

I'm setting up a Ricard soon to be a kickass slalom setup (all kinds, with just a change of wheelbase and wedges) and to pump and cruise around with. I'd love to set up a Death or Glory for GS, cruising, carving, freeride, everything. The shape and size could be a lot of fun for carving around, speed checks, drifting, and other freeridey fun. With less wedging, and more rear-steer, it would be so much fun. Then when I want grip for GS I can change risers/wedges, and throw on grippier wheels. Awesome multi-purpose deck.

I've been wanting to do that with a slalom deck for a long time. I used to have an LBL Coho and after riding it for like a year, found that it I just didn't care to swerve cones and that I'd much rather just rip around town. This was before I could stand-up, so I just kind of lost interest in the deck... it was really uncomfortable anyway. And it didn't have a tail.

A deck like that I'd love to have, and I have looked at the DG for it for a long minute. I had other plans for a speedboard, but seeing as I'm moving back to flatland maybe I should reconsider.

Flashbacks and 150mm trucks, I'm thinking... Maybe even something weird like a Randal or paris 150 on a 42 rear. I dunno. Do people do that? Bennett front and Randal rear?

Try Bennett 4.3's all around, with a 5* wedge in back to negate the tail, and maybe risers to avoid wheelbite. Riding them flat should be pretty fun, and then if you want to GS it, throw an RTS rear on, wedge/dewedge to your liking, and rip!
Just because its a slalom board doesn't mean you have to run cones with it... it seems to be a great deck, so ride it how you want.
I would totally buy one right now if I could afford it, but getting a Louis Ricard and setting it up to rip is already surpassing Christmas presents from parents, and taking money out of my pocket. It will be worth it when I'm done, so the only downside to the expense is I can't buy anything else for a while

I hope Mig can see where I'm coming from, telling people to use his decks in odd ways...

EDIT: Hell, I think I should even try redrilling so the trucks are in front of the tail... THAT sounds like it would rip... Oh how I love experimenting...

I would like to try bennet all around but I rts was half the price and anyway I want a pure pumping set up...even though I might jack a bennet from a friend some time and try it haha. but I probably wont ever run cones with my GS, I just love pumping and the tail (even though the trucks are set on the trucks will make it so easy to speedcheck and slide (I still need to learn how to haha) anyway back to getting ready for the finals.

Thats the plan. my otang inheats gonna work pretty well as alorund wheels until I get mroe cash to pick up some 70mm zigz or 4 press..

Will do on the email, but I'm not sure when I'm ordering yet, dunno if I'm getting the deck myself, or for Christmas. Depends if I find a way to pay for it before Christmas (deck now is much more convenient for me for multiple reasons)
