Joe I did the same thing at The Texas Cold Fusion Sizzler. He and Mike Money $ were going through the course. Joe I yells " Mike don't hit any cones, Mike did just that and plows the section of the course . Joe I one smart Hombre mi Amigo. Eddy TEXAS OUTLAWS.

Actually what happened is Mike $ and I are walking up after his clean run in the red and he said "I always hit cones in the white lane". I need him to hit cones or he's going to knock me out.

We are like 90% thru the race and Mike is clean again, where as my thing with Marshall was a joke, I holered at Mike out of frustration "Dammit Mike, will you hit some cones!" and he plowed three.

I advance.

Then I beat Tucker, Then I beat CFav, and Then in the final run for first place I screw up and hit a cone. I yell to Ricky Byrd, my oponent, "Rick, I just hit a cone!" I said it in the spirit of, well crap you just won. But Rick then plinks two cones.

I win my first 1st place and it's garbage because I talked the two guys into hitting cones. Mike and Rick, I'm sorry.

I will be talking to everybody as I race them this year though :P

..I was looking at the vid from RF..nice. Funny you should mention grade. There was some COSS practice today at Coors Tech Hill (its a 3 good pushes at the top and you hit 30 mph at the bottom bombing it) Anyway Mac sets up 50 cones 6ft center set with timer from Sk8geezer. Start to finish (including gates) 250 ft. The times from the pro's, just short of 11 seconds. The cones went from red half way then went red and white alternately half way thru. (I ran the course and the red and white just looked like pink to me..jus a blur.) I stopped breathing about the 25-27 th cone. I was no one near 11 seconds. duh.

Its amazing what a pro, a decent grade and some Zig Zag's can do in 11 seconds.

I'm just now (like literally at this moment contacting people to buy a deck) getting into slalom, but that downhillbillies video is sweet. Is the track at the end GS? Looks gnarly. The only time I've tried true slalom with timers and everything I got hucked off hard on a GS course.
