Those are amazing looking. I always wondered why AXE's where all wood. I didnt expect them to move to foam cores, but I could have seen fiberglass and wood boards, such as the PPS E-Series. Very exciting though...hopefully they wont be too pricey.

You are probably looking @ $150 - $225, depending on if it's fibreglass or carbon fibre.

I hope you meant all models of Axes in foamcore... It would be a loss to the sport for the outstanding, high-performance, affordable, wooden Axes to disappear.

the F-Axe's look sweet, but the custom roadster with the skull graphic on the left looks insane...I cant wait till it arrives, custom 100mm bearing splits for it are at the powdercoaters as we speak....

Question Re: Foam Cored Axe's (pic)

Are the tails on the foamcore Axes "filled out" so that one doesn't need to dewedge-to-level, as is done with the wooden boards? I figure the foamcore could have the dewedge in it, under the skin.

    some questions some answers

woa hey that's some interest in the stuff we make.

    @ebasil
the boards are not filled out,but richy is the man to set em up.

PAVEL and SK8KINGS yes we are friends(that's what i think) and i really like what richy and maria are doing.

    the axes are foam/carbon/glass/wood-constructions.
i showed richy the first one this year in brixlegg and he was all for it.
i feel honored to do the axes for him and each board is unique in its own way.
richy also rides for PAVEL-he's on the team and we are all proud of that fact.
if you want to get a hold of one of those boards call maria at SK8KINGS.she'll have these in stock next week.
next thing up is the GSAXE tomorrow and for the DHB civ's pro model and a new gs board.
    don\'t talk about it-do it

Thanks for your interest. Yes -- as Donald said -- we are working together (SK8KINGS & Pavel) to make the foam version of our AXE Series decks. The foam decks are an addition to the line -- offering more options to suit the different tastes of our customers. We are very stoked to offer the new additions and have every confidence in the quality "German engineering" coming from the Pavel workshop. Thank you again to master craftsman Donald Campbell for producing these decks precisely to our AXE series mold, shapes and dimensions.

As with all our AXE decks -- the foamcore version will come from SK8KINGS with proper wedging and mounting hardware so they will be ready to perform at peak level. First wave of AXE II's will hit in the next week or so and our store will be updated next week to start taking pre-orders. If anyone would like to be added to the waiting list -- please e-mail me. You can also check for updates here: http://www.sk8kings.com/new/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=377

Our original wood version of the AXE I, II, & III are very much alive and well so not to worry. We are as committed as always to having this affordable line of performace equipment and are 100% behind keeping that a reality. GO AXE ARMY!!

We are excited to announce that the first batch of AXE foamcores has been received from Germany! Very sexy stuff -- we're stoked! The beauties pictured below were in this shipment. All are AXE II's except for the snake print one in the center which is the first AXE III (preview of coming attractions) . . .

After the waiting list got their pick -- we have a few from this shipment left. As of this moment leopard print on the far left and the three decks on the far right are still available. The item is in our store for ordering on line here: ORDER AXE FOAMCORE

If you want one from this batch please act fast. Of course, a new batch is only a few weeks away and will include more of the AXE III. You can place a pre-order with a custom request on the store for either the AXE II or III as pricing will be the same (Please note any preference and detail in the "notes" section). Exact colors and patterns cannot be guaranteed but we'll work with you to get something as close as possible to what you specify.

We'll be doing pre-order from now on for future batches and have plans to add other fine Pavel foamcore models to our store for U.S. customer orders. Watch for more info and inquire via e-mail: sk8kings@aol.com if you want to get a custom order going now.

Thanks again to Donald at Pavel for the fine work and timely turnaround! That rules!

PS -- G.O.G. Trucks are here and going fast. Store is open for online ordering if you want one.
    ORDER G.O.G. TRUCKS

PSS -- willpumpforcone -- we've been all over the map lately and have just touched down again. Call the Bomber on the phone to hook up -- best bet -- you have the number right?

PSSS -- Ryan -- Welcome to the Team! 2007 here we come - Go AXE Army!
