Where do you live. What do you weigh? What other types of boarding do you do?

slalom is the BOMB if you like to surf or think you'd like to surf.
it's like surfing very fast beach/shore break for smaller boards, like hitting larger surf with the bigger ones.
i ride the gravityboard 32"GS for fast hills, more drawnout turns and ride the gravityboard 29"slalom for slower hills, faster turns and they both are my favs........i've skated to highway calls boxes using these decks and i ALWAYS have one in my car for emergancies. as for wheels, the stickier the better, nothing worse than slidingout on accident. as for trucks, go tracker 106 rx/rs race tracks 'cuz they're great and don't burn a hole in youe wallet.
great decision to slalom. you'll LOVE the surfy feel and fun time ripping up any street.
    great luck, dude
