Pavel and Sk8kings

I just got my Pavel Roadster from Sk8kings yesterday.....5 weeks and 3 days since I spoke with Donald about building me one. That speed in order time is unheard of as far as foamcores go. The board is freaking awesome....EXACTLY what I told Don I wanted, drilled perfectly...Build quailty is top notch, as is the finish...Rode it a bit last night, as did a few friends who are now talking about ordering a Pavel as their next boards! Its concave and shape fit me like a glove, this thing accelerates like you wouldnt believe!!! I have it set up with SplitFire Pros and Hot Spots..with Khiro pads, Bitch Bushings and Nitro Bearings....I am going to have to buy dust covers for my old Hybrid and tight boards!

and the service from Sk8Kings...like that was ever in question...A1 first class all the way...
the Carrascos are part of the upper eschelon when it comes to sk8 products...always a pleasure to do business with!

That board sounds awesome, Wax -- love to see some pics. The few Pavel's I've seen are amazing looking boards.

And agreed, the Sk8Kings/Carrasco's service is as good as it gets -- great people, great stuff.

I've got an Axe II foamy coming. I have to agree Richy and Maria are hard to beat for customer service. She kept me apprised the whole time. Needless to say when those Pavel/Axe's came in I jumped right on it.

Translated: I left out the expletives.. He is replacing his Skaterbuilt TS (and Pocket Pistol) and UNC is University of Northern ColoRADo where he often practices slalom. Again..he is PUMPED about this board.

I personnaly bought the skull heads design in France for my Pavel and sent some extra for Don'. It's a very European deck that you have Wax ! : English model, french design and german manufacturer....

Wax, the new GS board I mentioned in my PM to you would make a great new board. It can do GS and looser Hybrid, and you have the roadster for anything tighter.

Its eithr that or the GOG with 17.5 and 18.5 wb....I run tight with Cbark, and I may need something smaller for ubertight!

But the Roadster does shockingly well thru high speed tight, so I may go GS first

for everything american on coursesetting i agree with civ,if you are used to the kicktail and you like it,you can also get a g.o.g. board for the üpbertight situations in life when skating with cbark.what i have in mind right now is that the kicktail version of the g.o.g. board will be henrik wadstens very own model then.
ask civ about henrik and how fast he is,he saw him in paris.
henrik loves those tight and techy courses and i just spoke with him,so it's a go!!!
btw,civ,that's the proto board you had in its original shape.
and we have another board coming out early 2007,same shape in 3 sizes,has to be approved by the new mistery teammember.
