    Default Start Ramp/Skatelite question

So I got the plans from Ricky, but I was wondering where one purchases skatelite or something similiar. I went to their website and it only who builds ramps not where to buy the product. I figured the skatelite would be good since it will live outside.

Also, I build houses for a living and all my lumber/trim suppliers dont carry it.

    Thank You in Advance

    Zack,

I built mine completely out of plywood but I invested in a gallon or two of some real sturdy urethane DECK PAINT. It's like trying to paint with glue, but the stuff put a plastic seal on the wood, I think at the big box stores it's around $20 a gallon. I put down a pretty thick coat of Kilz primer then the deck paint.
Just because you can take a naked picture of yourself doesn't necessarily mean you should.

Zack, skatelite is only sold by skatelite. There are a couple of distributors, but not many. We just went through this here recently. Just use a marine-grade plywood and paint both sides to help seal it even more.

    Buy Skatelite

I have a great tip for you to cut transitions. We built a bunch of stuff locally
and used some new methods ... well, new to us. PM or call me.
