Re: Seismic Trucks?
Everyone should have a set of Seismics` in the quiver.
They are VERY good trucks.
Take your time tuning them and understanding how they turn and they`ll find a place in your heart/quiver.

I use a Seismic 105 with 30* baseplate as the rear truck on my G/S board. Love it a lot.
I replaced the stock yellow springs with the heavier red springs for more stability and because in G/S you don't have to turn quite as hard as you do in T/S. Changing the springs was a bit of work, but probably something you would get better at with practice. It was my first try. The directions warn that the springs are under tension, so be careful as you back out the pivot bolt. I backed it out so carefully ... finally got it all the way out ... and the hanger remained in place. I grabbed the axles and rocked it a little. Then I rocked it a little more. Stepped back to look at it. Then it exploded. Well ... not really "exploded", just kinda popped apart. Getting the heavier springs compressed when I was putting it back together was another learning experience. Like I said - it'll probably get easier if I do it a few more times, but for right now I'm thinking I'll just stay with the red springs.
I have it paired with an RT-X on the front and the whole set-up (Chi+ill 8-ply deck, 76mm 81a Gumballs) works really great for the G/S.
