Default Pavel Customer Service

I bought a C- Bark in May, Stress cracks on veneer began to appear in late summer but I think they were there earlier, you could see them through the grip tape. The front concave began to flex and I e mailed Donald with pixs.Donald responded right away saying a replacement deck would be on the way via Cat.Two and a half weeks later I had a new C-Bark.While waiting for the deck. I put a sheet of glass over the cracked one and it is hard as a rock.Donald and Cat were kind enough to let me give my repaired deck to a deserving newbie Eric.He is a great skater ,19 I think, fearless, and has a ton of potential and is totally hooked on slalom. So that makes a total of 5 slalom skaters here in Minneapolis. Great service, Great board Thanks Donald
