those kneepads won't do you much good if you don't have a helmet on along with it though

Oh? Take a look at the other video I posted from today: Slalom on a street board?

Normally, I would have worn a helmet, but I wasn't planning on skating today. Usually the Rose Bowl is packed on weekends, with football or soccer games, flea markets, etc. For some reason, today the parking lots were almost completely empty. I had most of my gear in the car, but not my helmet (or elbow pads)...

You can hug me..but you have no hips..basically too skinny for me.

In about 5 or so years when my joints wont bend anymore I will be looking for a flat beach.

Thank God for small blessings - being the object of your affection would be downright frightening.

That aside, when you're headed for those beaches, drop by and we'll hang you off a kite and let it drag your fat ass around for a while.

The more or less official speed record for kite boarding on the water is now at ~ 48 knots (~ 55 mph) with un-official record peaks verified by GPS at well over 50 knots.

Snow kite boarding is faster still but cold so screw that.

Sure there is. About 4 years ago, I set a tight flat course inside the RockShox factory.

Besides, JPL is just over on the other side of the freeway from the 'Bowl. Could do flat and gnar in the same afternoon...
