Apparently this is true, but under the fooz table is also where they put that super sticky paper to catch rats... the paper (and the dead rats stuck to it) are hard to get chased down the street with when wrapped around yer leg. In fact, the rats and paper will remain till after bail is posted and you get home to some acetone. Long story short... it wasn't worth the $ 11.75 in change.

$11.75 was a full tank of gas and a case of beer in 1975.

Har, you guys are great... they woulda started going up tomorrow but, had to cancel clear-coating tonight cause a stray formica chip lodged in my eye this afternoon and blew out my schedule.... (fine now but, chilling with a cloth over my peeper for a little while). Will post another board that is ready later this evening. The "back-table-boards will now start finding there way here on friday.

thats why I always wear my safteyglasses... sucks when you get stuff in your eyes.

The two things that I always wear are my saftey glasses and my helmet... obviously I dont wear my helmet while building but you get the point

Lulz.. I think my worst change steeling crime was building an arm contraption out of legos as a kid, for the purpose of pulling quarters of the ledge of one of those carnival games..

Another old memory.. getting a steel shard in my eye as a kid.. wouldn't wash out with water because it was rusting in place. Got taken to an eye doctor, and he explained that he was going to use this tiny tool like a golf club to pick the metal out while I looked straight ahead.. Since then I've gotten a few other splinters and flecks in the white of my eye, and just use a wooden toothpick looking in a mirror to putt them out..

Safety glasses are good, but stuff still sneaks around them sometimes.. and it can be easy to get lazy about them when there's usually no shrapnel from an operation.. drill/driver bits shattering for example.

So I got a Chinook and y'all are makin' me feel like I gotta have Deeznuts.
