I grew up in Gainesville, GA. Don't live there no more. I'd like to go back up there and bomb a few hills.

I'm currently in atlanta..theres quite a few of us here..as far as i know. or atleast at school and the likes. there any good hidden hills around here though? Everyone i know travels to skate..

where in athens do you live? if your on the west side, check out trade street near sam's club

I live right outside of down town. All I've done so far is the parking decks around campus and Sanford Street. I'll definitely try out Trade Street, probably some time this weekend.

I'm in Athens as well. The Greenway is fun for pushing (its basically a huge sidewalk with a few small hills through 2 miles of woods), and campus has got a lot of pretty decent runs.

Edit: Athens police will actually let you skate in decks downtown sometimes, at least at night. There's been a cruiser sitting some of the decks I've skated and they didn't do anything. Just don't break anything or antagonize the cops!

Just moved to Marietta to go to Southern Poly so my skating friends here are 0. In Milledgeville at GCSU we had a pretty good bunch of guys with some decent hills. Somebody on here said they were from Kennessaw, any good hills around here, or where do you skate?

ross932 goes to SPSU. I live minutes from there, as well. We've got hills. Small ones and big 'uns, if that's what you're into. I like the big 'uns. all the ride talk happens at Longboard-Atlanta so head there if you wanna get to know the area. There are some folks there who are more than happy to show you around.

I have longboarded in the Classic Center parking deck a few times and when the cops came by they didn't say anything. However, when we rode the elevator up at around 1230 they told us not to longboard there...
