hey im heading down to pine mountain georgia next Friday for a week. anyone skate around there?

Pine mountain south of Atalanta, or pine mountain in north east GA?

I'm from LaGrange which is about 15 mins from Pine mountain. You probably won't find anybody there to to go skating with. If you're into hunting/fishing/mudding/assorted redneck activities you can have fun though. Be warned that the "mountain" is technically just a big hill.

The hill is in the FDR state park.

You should come skate it, its very nice with little to no traffic. asap

Yo i'd probably be down to come out there if its a worthy hill. Hairpins or sharp turns? Pavement?

If i could get some info to look at it on GoogleMaps, it would definitely make my decision for me.

yeah! the pavement is great! it starts out real steep through some sweepers, no hairpins or tight turns just tucking. its exactly a mile long and drops 700 feet. I can skate tomorrow or on Wednesday anytime, but you guys should definitely come check it out.

Thats the top, its the road that runs northeast from 190. It is much more appealing in person. Trust me.

1 mile long with 700ft drop is 13% grade. 6% will get you to 40.

Yo sorry dude, I just saw this again and realized that its like a 2+ hr drive for me. I'm not down to drive that far south... Theres some great runs in N. GA around Dalton if you ever get up around that way. Sorry to get your hopes up for someone to bomb with
