Sorry if this is already oot there, but im on the hunt for a decent longboard shop in or around Orlando. Im heading to Naples from scotland for a wedding next month, but we're flying into Orlando.

If any of you guys know where I could pick up a Rayne Avenger in Florida I greatly appreciate your feed back.

hahaha ok bra, appreciate that. If I was going to rebel against the system where could I pick one up?

On the other hand, if there aren't any places to grab one could you maybe give me a heads up on that too so im not checking this page every 20 min.

I don't know of anywhere in florida you can get one without pre ordering it first, then you will probably have to deal with a markup from whatever shop you get it from. Maybe you could see if somebody in the area of orlando or ft myers could have it shipped to their house and have you pick it up from them if you're that trustworthy(you'll have the person's address). That might be the cheapest, most effective way of getting it.

It would be worth calling University Surf and Skate in Orlando and see if they have an Avenger.

It says they carry rayne decks on there site.

got my hellcat and avenger from Stoked Skate Shop in Miami but thats alittle far from where you are. I'm pretty sure i got the last avenger but they still have a couple nemmies and demonseeds

Thank you all for your input. I've also thought about having one shipped out to Florida from BC. Ive got a friend working out in BC at the moment, im just waiting for him to come back to me.

I'll also give the University Surf and Skate in Orlando a shout and see what they have to say to it.

University Surf and Skate carries the 38'' 09-10 pleasure dome Avengers while Beach Scene sells the 2008 42'' tub concave Avenger.

Both are located in Orlando.

Also on the coast: Cocoa Beach Surf Company has them as well.

On another note they have a great stock of wheels and trucks and bearings (biltins ftw). They've got sabres if you want to dh. Didn't the new Paris 195's but I'm gonna talk to Todd the owner about that.

cocoa beach surf company wont have avengers, i live 5 minutes away and they havent got any new rayne boards in since april.

Nope.... the economy has been throttling CCBSC pretty bad Their buyer said they will send in a new order to me pretty soon!

I manage the Rayne Accounts in Florida, so I try to keep a tally of whats in stock where..... Sessions will start up again this week at UCF, though If you guys know of some hills please let me know. UCF Police is starting to get obnoxios.

We post our times on a group on Facebook called The Orlando Bombsquad if you'd like to skate with us.

Thotograph:- Was it the USS you went to? I called them last week and they said they had an Avenger in stock?? Guess they might have sold it ;(

Just a note on Sabres, not sure if you guys have tried them out yet? Ive got a set of spherical Sabres from octanesport.co.uk and use them on an FSM for carpark session and sliding about. The bearing eliminates just about all of the slop you would normally get.

Wouldn't mind a set of the new Paris too - - - looks like this is going to be an expensive trip to the US of A.
