Default Sector 9 ours in Florida

I have a sector 9 ours in Florida I love the board. I want to get thr board faster though since daytona beach is so flat. I also want to get the board as close to feeling like surfing as possible since I love to surf. I just ordered some bones ceramic super reds which hopefully will be Bette than the stock abec 5. I have the stock biothane wheels on it. What would be some better wheels to get to make the board fast and feel like it is surfing

I surf as well i don't as much as i used to but i do like the revenge trucks cause it has that loose feeling. Very carve trucks also not sure about the wheels but your doing good with the bearings you well feel the difference though i think bone swiss last longer.

Carving specific trucks will make the biggest noticable gain towards attaining a surfy feel. I really like the originals I just rigged up to my rayne forge but I had to drill the mounting holes bigger as originals have bigger mounting hardware. Revenge trucks should do well for ya.

As for wheels a harder duro will roll faster and it'll also let you throw standups and kick the tail out a bit. The shape will largely determine just how much grip vs. slip you'll have. What is the stock size on there now? Gotta watch out for the bite. I'd say if you want a thrashy grippy setup do some zigs or something else that grips (I have 66mm zigs on my forge but also looked at ew road rages) and if you want a looser setup then get some rounded freeride wheels (I have some fat frees for this). It's all preference.
    Better shred than dead!
