hey can somebody post the address to the REI? i think a friend and i are gonna be down to skate friday night. if anybody knows any garages around the gwinnett side of town or even downtown maybe, lemme know . thanks guys. oh btw i tore my acl, skating in february, so im just now getting back on the board. if you have noticed i was gone lol

boards- arbor hybrid, loaded ceviche, venture short, 09 hellcat on the way and my friends and i are building some bootleg dancing decks.
disciplines- thrashing, mild sliding, cruise carve, bowls and ditches, and some nice li'l dh.
residence- midtown
favorite spots- emory, ponce parks, downtown, downtown decatur, parking decks, briarcliff, any highway after 2 am...

my friends and i already have a veritable skate crew and we call ourselves "the kings of sage hill". we're all about spreading the stoke and we'll skate anywhere anyway anytime with anyone. hit me up if you ever wanna roll. it's summer time. anything goes now.

Dude Thrash! Where are some good ditches around here? I know of one in Marietta but with all this rain its like a no go.

Ok so I went there today and it is no more. They have put like concrete blocks all in it. It is over by this old park called Larell Park. I think thats how you spell it. Anyway scratch that one off the list! There is a crappy one over by Southern Poly? I hate Grorgia! Thats it I'm moving to Cali! I am leaving for Ocean Beach on the 23rd. Hoping to come back with a Vangaurd! Either that or one of my friends is just going to mail me my clothes and dog. Lol!

there's this place by amsterdam walk behind piedmont park that's good for ditch riding, but recent construction manifest destinied half of it so my stoke got KO'ed. there's a great fullpipe SOMEWHERE and i've been looking everywhere to no avail. i will find it. i have made my vows in blood.

my grandparents live in kennesaw, i can head up there any weekend if you guys wanna kill it.

anybody gonna be at grant part or REI friday night? me and like 4 other guys are gonna be at rei probably. unless someone has a better spot or there are other guys out skating, who knows...

If I don't make other plans by then I'll definitely show. I'll probably bring Bigg Oskee and one of our friends who's a speed skater.

If anyone has the tools to quickly switch trucks, bring 'em. My new deck should be here before then, but I can't afford trucks/wheels/bearings 'til this weekend.

ummmmmmm it's fun minus the decent chance of getting a ticket and an ass chewing. I only ran it once i think i maxed out somewhere around 35 on it. I didn't really think to ask the kind officer who lit the 2nd half of the run for me with his spotlight.

so after my friend talked to his mom, she shot REI down on friday night. so i dont think we are going. at least not all the way out there. sorry shift, but we will go sometime soon i think. right after all of this school ends

The only AT&T building I know off the top of my head is downtown near GT. Could you maybe find it on Google Maps?

The Marietta square deck is always an option if it's because of the distance. EDIT: NVM, I didn't notice you were the one from Gwinnett. That's hella far for you.

Board - S9 Cosmic Weave
Disciplines - Cruising, Carving (still learning stuff...)
Residence - Gwinnett (home); Georgia Tech (School)
Favorite Spots - Tech, um... still searching for other places...

So yeah. I just started pretty recently. I bought my board a few weeks ago. School ended, though, so i can't board around Tech anymore without driving for like 40 mins.

Just looking for a good place to board in Gwinnett, because there are just way to many cars everywhere, and my neighborhood just isn't big enough to cruise around in. The trails are Rock Springs Park are ok, but some parts are too dangerous for me at the moment. Where else would you guys suggest?

J-peg--Bay Creek Park near Grayson has a nice trail if your just learning. They will have a sick skatepark soon too, I've skated the bowl and it's fast. Just look for good parks near you or go skate at night when there are less people out--find some neighborhoods where there are paved roads but due to the housing market no houses were built. Lots of places all around you. Wish I could be of more help but I don't live there anymore.

i think there is a fair deck in gwinnett, at scientific atlanta, its right in between 85 and the publix with the tacobell and wendys and stuff on sugarloaf just put in scientific atlanta on google maps and its the first result. i dont know if there is a gate or how security is..
