yea, i've been keeping an eye on that thread, though it seems you all are a bit more hardcore than i can afford at the moment. i have no leathers and a board that leaves much to be desired when it comes to high speeds.

just looking to do some stuff a bit more mellow. anything like that out at the free ride?

Its a Free Ride, not a race. Ride whatever, however! Its really about the get together and meeting new skaters, and there will be some epic hills too...

I have kids and am going to school. on mon- wed i get out at 7 pm ABtech asheville I just hooked up with brian friom the rockshop on lexington sooo well see I guess

sounds like a good time... i'll keep watching that thread to stay up to date and hopefully make it out there.

So I ended up missing the free ride, much to my dismay, but i'm still looking for someone to come through for riding in the Asheville area. I'm down for next weekend, weather permitting. Any takers?
