Ok so there really haven't been any serious Charlotte threads and i think the newest attempt at one was in 07 so here is another one. I am in the Matthews area but not opposed to going to university or even making the haul out to larger hills in Stanly or Cabarus county. I have three boards if any one is interested in going to uncc to skate some of the hills there. I know of a few parking decks close to down town too.
any one know of spots in Charlotte or the area add them here. , plan a sesh., what ever, anything related to Charlotte longboarding

There really aren't any larger hills in Cabarrus county. And if there are, I haven't found them yet. For great hills, you have to go up into the mountains.

as for cabarus. It seems to be alot flatter here then when i go to university area or concord. but thats just me and i live in a more developed and suburban part so it is probably flattened for houses and roads in my local area.

Sunday we'll be on Hwy 18 north of North Wilkesboro. We'll try to make it there by around 10am and ride it until we get kicked off. Look for my red Toyota pickup at the bottom of the hill. The top is right at the Parkway.
