Default Decent Tampa spots...

I am kinda new to the longboard scene and am wondering what are the best spots in the Tampa area to ride. I really like the Bro-Bowl and a few of the garages downtown are cool but are there any priceless gems or areas that are good to work on your slides (I suck at sliding if I slide at all) ?

I understand if you don't want to tell a newb about your spots but even something half decent that is maybe in North Tampa would be great.... (I hate the drive downtown all the time)

When I was back in Tampa, me and my skaterchick use to skate down on north beach in clearwater all the time after work
