Thumbs up Volusia County (Daytona beach) Longboarders!

Daytona beach is pretty much dead for parking garages.. The ones that are there are heavily guarded. I want to find a parking garage that has low security and one that you can skate almost all the way down.

Oceanwalk is swarmed by cops... You can skate from 6-5 without being caught but thats the extent of it..

So If you know of any good parking garages in volusia county let me know!

    or any good longboarding spots!

    Thanks guys!

Im down at stetson over in DeLand..so i'm about 15 minutes from you. i run a small skate club here but delands only got 1 shitty parking garage, and we skate around campus a few times a week. but we typically take trips to orlando and skate down there with the orlando bombsquad (ucf skate club). claremont has some good stuff aswell....but as for volusia county its pretty much a no go!

In response to Rstack. there is a closed down landfill in Ormond beach right next to the skate park by the Trails. You gotta hop a fence to get to it but its pretty cool once you get up there.

    In response to 305 ewrestler...

Ill have to check out those otown garages I always want to skate the parking garage at the airport its soo sick!

How often do you guys skate around that sounds like fun.

You guys open to a young guy (17) skating with you guys?

There is a side entrance on A1A for the hilton's/ocean walk hotel garage that leads right to the stair case so you can get up there undetected and get out. It's a fun ride, better than anything else I had found. I have been a surfer for sometime now and just got turned onto longboarding, if anyone wants to skate with my buddies and I let me know. And where is this spot in the trails?

Hey, I just joined SilverFish (sorry to bring up an old thread). I'm in Ormond, too, and was wondering where the good Trails spot you mentioned is.
