Bush Highway

I did behind the wheel for school today and we took a drive up bush highway i think, it had some amazing hills, but im afraid of cars running me over while im bombing them. Are there any places within 20 minutes of mesa, mainly mountain view high school, that have some super long runs that are pretty mellow. 20-30 mph tops. I dont wanna push, but i dont wanna race, just carve around, practice cross stepping and stuff.
