I was thinking of starting on the KATY at Knox...going through downtown up through Deep Ellum and getting that extension down around fair park...but that is gonna be like14 miles one way and I need to get done and out by 4pm...so I think we may meet in deep ellum now...hit me on my e-mail mark@texaslongboards.com so I can blackberry tomorrow and I'll let you know time and place.

That's an awesome hill, makes me wish I wasn't stuck in nacogdoches and that I didn't have a broken elbow. Maybe for christmas break I will be back on my elbow again.

hey man sry i couldnt make it out i didnt see your post in time but i work all day saturdays anyways. but me and Sean are talking about skating tomorrow evening after the Packers and Cowboys game so im sure we will wind up in Dallas if you are up to ride.

Well, yesterday was a great day to skate around Big D...the weather was perfect. I had to move the skate time up to 11am because of some afternoon obligations...I'm getting married next Sunday...so, I showed up and was contacted by a few folks who met up with me later on the journey. I started on the Katy Trail, went by American Airlines Center and Victory Plaza. Then through the West End over to Jackson street and then took it up into Deep Ellum...where I stopped at Sol's Taco Lounge. I have taken a lot of video over the years of that leg, so I spared you all seeing it again...but if you haven't seen it then check our YouTube Channel. After Deep Ellum I pushed on to Fair Park and Lisa aka Abby Normal met me out from the local Roller Derby team and skated along with me on the new leg of trail. It was kind of a bitch to get to but once we got there it was really a pretty nice trail...though I would not venture down it after dark. Hey guys, Ive been off my board for a few months but I'm itching to get back on. I live in Denton near UNT campus. Haven't heard of Ector street but it sounds like a pretty cool place. Anyone wanna hit it up soon?

EDIT: After looking at Google maps I realize I have hit that hill, just referred to it as, "The hill by the church off scripture." Anyways, still down to skate soon!
