Never rode a REAL slalom board. Just figured they couldn't handle to much speed. 35 aint speed though.

@seabass, typically the thickness/hardness of the board determines what type of speed it can handle

September 4th is my birthday so if you go to this event you have to bring me presents. Just so you know, a new avenger would be sick with some ceramic sector 9 blackballs, also with that I will take some formula race wheels and some kahalani's. Thanks friends , I look forward to my gifts from you.

I plan on being there, as usual! I went last Sat at like 10 and traffic was CRAZY! We should really think about going a little later! I almost got hit every time I went down and in a different spot each time!

Actually Mcdowell is REALLY cool. And it's with cool people. If anyone wants to trade a plane ticket to AZ and then back to Portland for that weekend they can have my registration so I can race with the buds

I'm down on this. what's the library called? I need to g.p.s it. Not the best with my way around yet.

BTW i found a crisp ass slide hill in fountain hills tonight. 150 yrds long. aprox 45-50 degree slope, culdesac, only 2 houses on the road, butter pavement, fast as f*ck.

mary is usually 45 from what i heard and mellow for the most part unless you get a tailwind, then its hella gnar. I feel like it would be crazy in a tight corner

Hey if we ever ride FH together I can def show you some sick runs, golden eagle (18% grade) is super steep and prime for sliding but it'll get you going quickly. The only directions I can really give are...take the 101 to franklloyd wright, then exit and take frank lloyd EAST towards mcdowell mt ranch, when you get to Thompson peak take a left (north to north east?) and take that for maybe 1 minute till you arrive at Mcdowell Mountain Ranch road, take a right there (east-ish) and then the library/school is right there.

ok well I'm def. down on this. I live at shea and hayden in scottsdale so I know this is pretty close. I got some numbers and will pull the rest off the list so I can get in touch with someone in case i can't find it. horrid with directions
