Looking for lessons

what more to say, im planning on taking up longboarding, i live in albuquerque, dont have a board yet but am getting one some time in the near future, im looking for some one or some place to help me get started and learn, well anything and everything i can.

There are tons of us in Albuquerque! Search for Team Albuquerque and UNM Longboarders. There are plenty of people here willing to help out new guys!

Oh, and if you're willing to make a trip up to Santa Fe there is a skate school there. It's called Timeship Racing.

i think once we(unmlongboarders) get everythin situated, sam plans on puttin on various teaching sesions, so you could come and check those out. if not you can just come out and skate with us sometime we will be happy to help you.

You don't need a board, I'm sure someone had an extra you could borrow. And riding other boards will help you decide what you want to get.

dont worry man, ya dont need lessons. just practice, practice, practice, and you'll get there. soon you'll be carving, sliding and bombing hills.... just dont get too cocky tho, always wear a helmet!!!

There will generally be a session on Saturday at 9.
It (hopefully) won't be in the same place every Saturday.
