Jerome skating 11/16 weekend

Ok so I'm trying to get something together for jerome. I've been looking at some gnarley hills out that way and have a bunch lined up. 2 or 3 possible race hills, 2 hills to bomb, and 2 slide hills so far. They are kinda spread out so this would be an entire day trip or a weekend if anyone would be down to camp it or get a cheap hotel room and party for the night. I'm planning on doing this the weekend of 11/16. Let me know who's down!

That's not a weekend, that's a monday. That's also the weekend of the 14th (maybe that's what you meant) we're going out to southeast AZ to camp and hit some even gnarlier hills than that of Jerome. Head on out with us!

I would come south with you guys but I dunno If I'm comfortable doing 50 without leathers. Top I've gone is somewhere just under or above 40. I dont wanna bog you guys down. I saw how strict you were in your other post haha

You'd be suprised how some of these hills are in jerome I found. I'll post one later that looks intense. Not all are in the center of town. Some I might be sketch bombing myself but i know everyone else would have a good time with them and I'll tech slide them. Thats my comfort. Just started DH 2 weeks ago lol

Maybe this will help hype this trip. This is one of the hills I've found and def. not the best. Its a DH & slide hill right next to each other.

Birds Eye

I looked at it in terrain view on google and this goes from 5200 ft. to 4600 ft. in a twisty fairly short distance
It also leads to a mine and looks like a bairly used back entrance considering the mine is still another couple miles after the road turns to dirt. Either way, Traffic and attention from police should be at a bare minumum. This road doesnt even have a name!

and this is the slide hill. It may actually be a little weak, We'd reall have to see the grade

Yea I guess Its just cause I can't see the hill your talking about and you made it super sketch on your other post about not wanting ppl who arent pro's at DH. If I knew you I'd say screw it and go anyways. But I dont so I dont want the person organizing being pissed cause I'm not "good enough."

Besides that I know your a hometown guy so I'm down to go when you get home. Lemme feel out the jerome hills and If I feel comfortable on them I'll be at your sesh.

Yea I can on the D'seed on soft wheels. I have a prob on my slide deck although the more speed, the more it wants to swing back around. The Bigger boards i usually dont have a prob with it swinging back around. Never tried pre-drifting yet. I cant imagine it's beyond my reach though. Esp. toe-side.

I was just messen with ya. I find everything is easier on my tech board. And for me everything is so much easier the faster I go or the steeper it is.

Next weekend Jerome camping trip!!!! Let's go fella's, lets get this rolling.
There's a music festival this same weekend so it's gunna be a combo trip. Music festival and killing sick hills! wwwwhhhhhaaaaatttttt!

JoshMasters knows more about the festival though. Hopefully he gets on here and can give us the run down

I put the wrong month like an dousche. Its actually 10/16. next weekend.

It's not too far to come up for a day. We just may be shot out by then though so def. shoot a call before comming
