I'm also down for more.. I think.. well, I do have plans with the female.. but I'm pretty sure she won't really mind if I postpone to go skate more. Least I hope she won't.. hit up my cell, Zac and Brandon got it.

TransCo was ######' sick.. Next time we go I'll be more comfortable with it, weaving in those hallway things at speed was sketchy to me at first but I got the hang of it by the end.. It would be a great time trial garage, if you could pull it off before the always impending bust.

First friday in Nov, we will be in your town with Chris Yandall. Plan to skate with us if you can.
If you don't know who Chris is or what he's about, look him up. He wants to visit Carve, it's gonna be a blast.
    Orly? I'll be there, lol

I'm pretty banged up from last nights session.

On another note, I finally learned how to Coleman.

Nice.. haha, yea I already had blood today from my knee but #### it.. I was doing pretty bad on slides with the killswitch hehe, I got it down now tho.. flipped my trucks back and it was much easier.

If anyone is out tonight, hit my cell up.. 832-two-four-four-8188

We're probably gonna hit customs first about midnight to show my friend chris, and then precash afterwards..

I just started cooking dinner, so I'll have to bail on the EZ-7 sesh, but I'm down for tomorrow or Wednesday. What time are you thinking?

I dunno about monday.. but might can do wednesday.. we'll see
hopefully something will be on for the weekend too?

i have an old high school buddy of mine that is one of those die hard cali surfer s9 fan boys.. the arrogant type that likes to snicker about helmets and slide gloves. i dont really skate with him. but the other day i saw him and we were talking about the race.. and HE had to say it.. "i can beat anyone in any garage!" hahaha.. yea, so.. i might bring him along for a session and maybe we can run some mock heats and such would be fun practice, and i'm sure by the end of it he wouldn't be talking #### about people wearing helmets and gloves to longboard..

Nothing wrong with S9 board...boards. The set ups the come with...

But yeah, dude. Bring him out. Let's take him to Customs, or better yet, we can take him to TransCo. Wow, I'm in love with Customs but I'm cheating on her with TransCo. And I'll get my jollies with the Costco ramp on the weekend.

I must agree.. I love my S9 Race, and I love my raceforms.. they don't stick quite as much as the hype made it seem.. but still a really great wheel. and I do like how the bomb hills feels, that's a fairly nice deck.. hahaha I'm in love with Customs, but I'm cheating on her with TransCo and Precash.. at the same time! lol.. I'm bringing my short board for the costco ramp this weekend.. regular street deck but mounted with paris 150mms and 95a tunnel rocks. it's a slide MACHINE lol..

I can't help but stereotype the guys that ride mainly mall s9's.. stoners!! all of 'em!! haha.. weed is meant for the comfort of your home.. or car.. yea let's give them another reason to hate boarders when we get inevitably busted.. there were some s9 guys that would smoke at the top of the last garage I really called home. the cops caught on to them and it ####ed it up for me too. Hence why I steered clear of those guys last time at customs...

Customs-Precash-TransCo then wherever.. precash is just right down the road from Customs so that's an easy commute. And it has enough room to run heats and be able to pass.. somewhat. It can be tricky tho hehehe

Yeah, dude. I totally agree with you on the whole "smoking and skating" thing. Let's give people another reason to categorize us with skateboarders that destroy stuff.

    But I digress...

I say we break you're homeboy in real nice-like, ya know? HGR style. Run a couple of heats in some garages, then hit that Costco ramp for a little slidefest.

    #### yea! Sliding is probably something he's only ever seen on youtube hahaha.. Last time I skated with him was right -before- I learned how to shutdown. I can coleman, layback 180, and two-handed shutdown.. Costco was awesome though, I had considered trying to hit it up before.. but had never done it.

I really need to work on standups and pendys.. I can start to bring it back from a coleman 180 but can't quite get it right.. I haven't tried since we did costco though, and I learned a bunch just from watching you guys and listening to everything that was said.. I gotta get that #### down, I feel like not being able to pendy is holding me back lol I guess not so much in the garage riding aspect, but just in general.. problem with standups is I can't ride switch for #### hahahahaha.. I should just try riding around in switch more than I do.. lol like Zac winning that heat in switch at precash.. yea I saw that! pure hgr style baby lol

this rain makes me not wanna go back to work

edit: ok.. i got a question, lol.. we ran heats at hobby center, precash and edwards right? and customs and bcbs were time trial? because i think I went to try and find precash.. and i think i found bcbs instead, and that's actually the one that we were racing in the other night that i meant when i said precash in my previous posts.. the one with the ridges on the outside near the wall.. precash is left turns, bcbs is right turns? bcbs and precash are all in that same little area right? between san felipe and westheimer next to 610...

I just learned how to do Coleman's that night at Costco. I went out the next night and really learned how to do them, like super good. I can Coleman into riding switch, ride for a bit, then Coleman back into my goofy stance. I bet I could link it all together and whip out a pendy, I just need to get comfortable with it. I think once I learn how to do standup slides, my longboard game will be legit. No, scratch that. Once I learn how to race garages switch like Zac did at BCBS, then I'll be a longboard hoss!

will do bro. pm me with your number.. we try to make a trip up to austin once every couple of weekends.. usually on a saturday. we've gone twice in the last 3 months.. if we had a place to crash we'd probably stay for sunday session too, but cash is usually scarce for a hotel or w/e

fuuuckkkk yeeaaa haha.. ok, if it was indeed BCBS that he rode switch.. then it was precash that my friends and I were racing on saturday. but idk, all these names.. i get 'em so confused! lol.. i've tried to coleman to switch to laydown back goofy.. but everytime i tried i went straight into a curb lol.. toeside slides are ###### weird to me.. most people say that's the easiest to learn? heelside were easier for me.. (coleman is heelside right?) i get that confused too.. i've been told it's which is facing up the hill.. ive been told it's what's facing DOWN the hill.. and i've also been told it's the pivot point of your feet? *shrugs* #### it

blaximus: hey dude idk if you've seen this vid or not. I was having a lot of trouble with my backside slides/colemans/i'm-regular-footed-and-backside-to-me-is-when-I'm-facing-downhill-slides.

I didn't really implement the part where he has he knees tilted inward a little bit, but the whole getting onto the sides of your shoes really helped. I practiced off my board like coleman says in the vid and just yesterday I was able to rip a couple 20ft backside pendys at the local SLAB slide laboratory.

Customs is the love of my life despite the fact that she's getting 'railed' by lots of other dudes on a regular basis. At least you guys are cool. Can't wait to get back to Houston so we can eiffel tower that ho.

    peace
