    Default Some help in Arizona...

So im visiting Arizona in may and were wondering if anyone maybe wanted to skate... I fly in at like 6 at phoenix on may 1st and then driving right after that in the night to Sedona for 2 days. Then i leave the second night back to phoenix to stay at a different hotel. I will be staying at a hotel for 5 days for my dads work trip in phoenix. Im staying at "Arizona's Grand Hotel" (the one with the water park or somthin) So heres my question... Anyone Want to Skate? Any good DH Runs round there? Im there for 6 days and have to spend some with my family but might be able to...

    Thanks

ahwatukee's alright, that's where zumee and I live/ride. South mountain is an amazing run, but there's a ton of cars, and it'll probably hit the hundreds (temperature) pretty soon, so that's sketchy. hit us up closer to when you're coming and we'll work somethin out. there are some really nice garages a little ways from where you'll be.

When it is 115* it doesn't matter, I have seen rain evaporate before it hit the ground.

ya its hot as hell , its just not as wet and like sticky hot like florida. But so far cops have been pretty chill in Scottsdale and Paradise VAlley. I've been told to leave like once and other than that they said be safe and outta the road so in bike lanes.

yah i hate wet and sticky, I went to Tennessee and it was wet and sticky.

Are there bike lanes all over? I would love do some fast hills with some guys. Seems like a pretty good cop scene, mine is if they see us they like almost imedeatly like take our names down or give us warnings.

Have you ever been down 19th way or 6th street? Those are a couple good Awhatukee roads.

Go to 19th way and Chandler blvd. go stay on 19th way until you get to the top. It doesn't look like there's gonna be a hill but trust me, there is one. You could easily hit 45-50 on it. and it's a dead end at the top so very little traffic and it ends in a very long flat area. You don't even need to slide to stop.
