and i just got some info from the fine employees at koa nalu....
on the 21st or 22nd, i can't remember, for go skate day, many of the skate shops in albuquerque, including koa nalu, have come together, and closed down lomas for the whole day. a public street, closed, for one day.

last year to cops shut down every intersection from Jaun Tabo to the Los Altos Skate park starting at the Phillps 66 gas station. In true New Mexio style there were teenage moms rolling on skateboards pushing strollers....it was packed, if you want to bomb it get there early, and watch for the rumble strips.

Get a logo and then we can screen print them ourselves. Devon and I both know how we just need to get materials and they should be pretty cheap

nice. i'll work on something with ma free time. i'm thinking somethin like some pictures of some of us doing ditches/ slalom/ downhilling and a whole bunch of stuff in green on a black shirt ( i get the feeling everyone wanted black and green). i'll try to put it together as a demo, and attempt to post it. and, if anyone has pics of anything to do with longboarding, just send them to me at roadrashboarding@gmail.com, and i will post them on the team blog which is teamabq.blogspot.com

Ok, so t-shirts----

Tiana and I went to hobby lobby today to look into screen printing stuff. We got a frame and screen. But the emulsion and paint is pretty expensive. So everyone who wants a shirt, we need to meet up so I can collect money. I'm gonna say- $5 if you have a blank black shirt, and ~$7 if you need a shirt. That should work if we get like 15 people. And any extra money will be re-dispersed evenly back to everyone.
